Just wanted to drop you a quick line to thank you for your help leading up to IMH as well as onsite. It’s been lovely working with you! The operations team was so good and super helpful. Blazhe was an absolute superstar, very helpful and flexible with all my last-minute requests. Pavle was also really great to work with. Both of them made me feel like I didn’t have to worry about anything related to the set-up, or catering, timings, etc.

I can't say enough positive things about every aspect of our stay at Novotel London West. The staff was kind enough to be able to check in our entire group (we were 37 in total) upon arrival at around 9:00AM coming off an overnight flight from the USA, which was an absolute godsend. They also allowed us to enjoy breakfast upon arrival (as we left quite early the day of our checkout). These kinds of hospitable, above and beyond gestures are what make me feel like a valued guest and not just a customer, and made a tremendous difference. The rooms were clean, spacious, and quiet--absolutely wonderful. The common spaces in the hotel were also terrific--the property is clean, stylish, and well-appointed. The full breakfast is also absolutely SUPERB! Lastly, the location--a short (5 minute) walk to the Hammersmith station is not only a quick tube ride from Heathrow, but also gives access to District, Piccadilly, and Hammersmith/City tube lines--a huge convenience. The neighbourhood around the hotel is also fantastic--clean, safe, lots of options for dining and shopping. Cannot recommend strongly enough!

I just wanted to thank you and the Meetings & Events Team who were looking after us today for their excellent service, especially Josephine, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was going okay. Might I also pay my compliments to the kitchen staff for the excellent food we were served at dinner yesterday and in the breaks and lunch. I look forward to coming back here soon.
